thankagaperbut you know, im trying to grease kinky DFD's not wedge turn or quad off an aerial kicker....
why is it you think stiff boots will aid int he performance of wedge turns? Stiff boots( within reason to your body weight/height) allow for faster more powerful energy transfer from body to skis, which translates into better ski control/edge control...some nice soft boots will allow you to tuck those knees in all pigeon toed, and snowplow, without exerting much force on the ski, resulting in nice snowplow turns with skis flapping and wobbling with every bump, rut, and cookie in the snow
It also seem seems that "nosebutter" is number 1 trick for you, if your boots are real soft you aint gonna be able to flex your skis too much without falling on your face.
for me boots need a certain degree of stiffness/hardness to perform well, but one of the biggest factors i believe is boot fit. The way I see it the big improvement would be easier, more affordable, custom boot fitting or sizing.
anywho, goodluck with the boots bro. Nosebutter on.
haha sorry just over did it on replying to ski gabber posts... I should probably chill for bit.
