Mixing Pivot DIN

I have pivot 14’s, but i had to get a replacement toe piece and it’s a pivot 12. I run a 7-8 din, so the din would be the same on both toes, but i don’t know if that would make it safe. Please drop your knowledge so i can see if i need to replace the toe again.

No difference between the pivot 12 and 14 besides the spring. Put at the same din and your gtg

yeah the 12 and 14 toe piece is the same besides the spring (15s and 18s have metal race toe) so you're fine
