The Beyond Raw Lit Jolly Rancher preworkout fucks you up. Every time I take it at or before noon, I end up awake til 4 am even after having a labor intensive day outside and I always dilute it in double the amount of water. Knew I never needed it but they just taste too good making me want to give it another chance.

How much caffeine mg per scoop? i do around 300mg (if im even taking preworkout) and im just fine
I drink monster because that what Clayton drank and same with Noah, Bob wall stuff and henrik. My second favorite is rockstar because of Phil casabon and Vincent cash. However I would put ruka higher than bang and Red Bull because of totally Trevor.
