Oh shit oh god I fucked up

I just bought custom On3ps about 3 hrs ago. I just check the order confirmation just now and I ordered the midnight topsheet on accident instead of the cat camo. I’ve heard good things about their customer support so I’m not too worried but yeah ggs I’m bout a call or email them tmr morning and hope for the best.

I’m sure just putting in your order within hours is fine. Usually takes a few days to sort the custom materials before being pressed. ON3P have great customer service so I don’t see this being an issue especially if it was more recent order

I think they saw this thread. About an hour after I write this I think, I got an email from On3p saying to email them to confirm I want a different topsheet. Kinda creepy considering the email they sent that to isnt the email linked to my newschoolers but still holy shit that’s good customer service
