Howdy gang,
This is not new but I have not shared it previously, so I thought I would, as I believe it is as relevant as ever.
Many of you probably know how big an issue depression and suicide is within the veteran community (let's be fair, pretty much any community). Back in 2017, I took a trip to Chamonix with a group of retired military special operators. We had representation from the Navy SEALs, Army Rangers and Air Force Combat Controller groups. While there, we filmed a short documentary exploring how the pursuit of outdoor adventures has helped each of them cope with their transition from military duty back into civilian life. We had amazing conditions and 2 extremely talented guys behind the lenses. I hope you will all check it out and share it with anyone that you think might enjoy or benefit from it.
