Different people have different needs that’s for sure, and it’s not wise to abuse oneself by eating something you know is gonna cause upset, I generally don’t do anything that causes any sort of inflammation or discomfort, but at the same time I can eat basically anything except almonds, cashews and a few other nuts without much regard, I eat an almond it’s f in over
I’ve tried a few different lifestyle diets etc, ultimately used them as tools for a goal, I like a balanced diet nowadays
