Pricing used skis

How do you guys price used skis? Selling a pair and not sure what to stick on them.
Tough because they've only been used one day and basically brand new, but selling without bindings so they'll have a set of holes in them.
Retailed in Aus for about $1400. Should I go 60%? Less? More?

Ask $1100 take $900, if they are in that good a shape one set holes isn't that big a deal, especially in Aus where pool of new skis is a lot smaller than US or EU

What ski? Why not sell mounted? Usually you'll get a better price especially if you have an average sized foot.

Add $100 for every good day, memory or trick you landed on them. Other people may not see that value but you see it.

Sure maybe the core is snapped and one is delamming but 2x the retail price is a bargain imo.

I would say every set of holes takes off about a quarter of the original price, and that's before factoring in condition/other damage

Price em higher than what you actually want, let the buyer talk you down to the price you actually want.

That is a big one. I think it’s kind of wack to ask 350 for a pair of skis with 2 mounts. I mean its case by case obv but like those boards have been ridden hard and put back in the barn wet you’re not getting $$$
