So I’ve got this really irrational fear of insects and there was a monster bug in my kitchen and I managed to kind of trap it in my spare room and idk what to do to. I duct taped the door shut and I haven’t been in that room for 3 days but I’m going skiing tomorrow and I need to get my ski stuff, idk how to tell my friends that I need them to get rid of this bug for me cuz it’s mad embarrassing but I gotta figure somethin out soon
I had a June bug invasion in my room last night 3 of them flew through my window and they were buzzing around on my floor and I was terrified they would land on me so I put my ear buds in to fall asleep.

I run my dogs daily which is a great motivation to get up and get out, do lawn work, and generally try to stay active.
