Civic will not drift unless you count a massive understeer as a drift. You'll want rwd for drifting.

one them medium sized 4wd ford transits with some nice bike and ski storage and a bed

Ford Maverick for daily use. Small bed for gear, seating for five, awd and turbo, drives like a car and not a truck. I lust after these things and legitimately have a goal to buy one in the next 2-3 years once some start coming in on lease returns.

Now for the things I think are cool but won't ever buy. The rules of the thread said three so I'm taking it.

Honda s2000. Having a nimble and tossable car that can be driven at it's limit realistically in a street setting is really appealing. I don't need big power, just let me zip up mountain roads and freeway ramps.

80s VW van with a Westfalia as a car camping rig. Car camping is fun and style points for the squared off VW.

I had a 1981 Caddy with the 1.6 diesel. I did some suspension mods and put a built pump on it, after a full engine rebuild. It was a fun little truck but never very reliable so I parted it out and sold the rolling shell to buy my first Tacoma-a barebones 2wd regular cab, 4 cyl, 5-speed, work truck with roll up windows and everything. The only options were rubber floor mats and a sliding rear window, great little truck.

4.5 is fine for anything I would need a truck for. My one delimma is how to rig a Thule box. Over the cab with standard towers or raised high over the bed and back of cab.

I already got most of the ones i want, but still would love a 911 GT3 in 6mt. Turbo lag sucks ass on a manual especially with most cars being fast auto trans (like a DCT that holds boost between shifts) or electric, but a naturally aspirated GT3 would be sick.

but sure I’d take a LFA or Carerra GT. Twin turbo 5.0 Gallardos sound amazing too
