My guess would be charlie's though to answer your question. I've always been under the impression that it is looser than the ratskeller's

Ratskellar is for the underage folk, drunk pizza, occasional music show or ski premiere, Charlies is the elite local watering hole but your most definitely not gonna be served with no ID
