Cannot post new BST post on computer

Does anyone else have trouble posting from their computer a new BST post? The creation page just refreshes when I click on 'Post thread'.

I was able to post it with my phone with no trouble but still want to know why it doesn't work using my computer.

Firefox on the computer (Windows 10 ) and Opera on my phone.
