Everyone here is going to blow your shit up and tell you to go to a boot fitter, but here's my example to back it up. I wear the FC 130, and I love them. Subjectively, they don't feel as stiff as I would expect a 130 to feel (probably because they're a 3 piece), but they're still stiff enough for me at 6' 175lbs. I think the Dalbello and Roxa boots look super cool, and all the homies who ride them rave about them. The Krypton/Lupo and the Roxa one, idk what it's called, have very similar lasts to the First Chair, but did not feel good on my feet at all. The fit was off, and I would have hated wearing them, even though I think they look better, and are arguably higher quality than the First Chairs.

Try them all on. They all cost basically the same, just get the ones that fit the best.

Yeah, definitely go get fitted, its the most important part of a boot.

Also unless you're touring, go for the krypton over the lupo. Krypton is the resort boot (more durable, smoother flex) vs the lupo which is a beefy touring boot

okay now that I got that out of my system, I have learned the hard way, you don’t know until you know. Going to a boot fitter is pretty well 100% necessary when buying boots when you an avid skier

Unless you plan on touring or uphilling get a resort boot. There’s a lot of hybrids out there now, technica cochise and Lange XT3 for example. Both are high flex performance boots but shed some weight being that they’re also meant for touring. I run the XT3 Pro 140 w boosters and they get buck
