ARE THE AMRADA BDOGS DURABLE

I had a pair of Armada arv 86s this season, and they broke within 2 months, and I saw a forum that there were flaws with Armadas last season.
Just wondering if any one with the last years Bdogs could tell me if there were any flaws, and how they held up.

I’ve had two pairs and both broke underfoot, other than that perfect. Unfortunately I think a lot of skis has this problem, my friend broke 2 pairs (both skis on both pair) of k2s on the exact same spot. Super fun ski and probably my favorites either way, probably just bad luck

Armada's have an issue with sidewall separation like the picture above. My friends that ride em all had that happen, and it happened to mine too. Skis are pretty much always gonna break, but the separation seems to happen more frequently with Armadas. Skiing midwest rope tows for reference

I had some Alpha X’s that also broke that way. Haven’t really seen it in other skis

same thing happened to mine after abt 18-20 days of riding. Everything abt the skis I loved except the sidewall/edge durability

I'm no expert in broke kit, but if you guys ski rails all the time this is the reason why your kit is breaking. All skis will have edges crack and allow delamination to start. It would eventually result in what you see in the photo as it will be most prominent under your feet where all your weight is transmitted to the edge via the rail.... Looks cool, but fucks yer planks.
