Replying to Work/Ski balance

hey guys thinking about getting my act together and doing an apprenticeship for carpentry. used to do ski instructing but the pay was bad and found it to be kind of stressful. now im just wasting my time working at a petrol station during summer. just worried that I won't be able to ski much anymore and I was planning on doing another season working on the mountain but all my applications have been unsuccessful. last year got 63 days of skiing. any skier tradies out there who can help?
