Bio_8It’s been 5 weeks since my mountain closed and there is more than a foot of snow on top of the stuff that was there when it closed. I keep trying to beg my dad to take me up there to hike but he keeps refusing. Pretty sure there was 21 inches at the top of the mountain and when they closed and now it’s close to 37

I’m 24 hours from any snow, goddamn, if I could see snow, nothing would stop me from skiing it

HypeBeastOnly consideration I would take into account is, is this avy potential terrain? If so then treat as the backcountry and maybe why ur dad doesn't wanna go. Also hiking might be tough for your old man if you guys don't have skins. I haven't skied in 8 weeks if it makes you feel any better.
