Do I sell 120mm underfoot boards to get Vishnu Wides

I fuckin love my fat boards but I desperately want the beadwork wides, I cant afford to just get the wides and would need to sell them

I maybe ski deep snow like 5-10 days a year, but usually closer to the 5 days mark, do y'all think 106 would be enough for Boho or Colorado shit maybe once a year?

I rly dont wanna give up as a wannabe free ride boi but I really want wides, and selling my boards would mean selling my touring setup too

I’m a one ski quiver type of guy and just got the concrete wides. From Utah and might regret only having them early season but I think 106 can handle anything deep I’ll find

I also think 106mm is a perfect width for a one-ski quiver (I ride the Fat-ypus M5's) and I rarely want any other waist width. Maybe once a year when we really get a 10in+ storm will I wish I was on something a bit fatter, but you can oversize your 106mm waisted ski to get a little extra pow performance

yeah 106 is gonna be fine for 10 days of skiing deep snow. No point having a dedicated powder ski if you're only skiing pow a few days a year.

I’m not a fan of selling skis, personally. You don’t get very much money for them and years down the line you will miss them. Just work an extra shift or something and buy both

CaseyI’m not a fan of selling skis, personally. You don’t get very much money for them and years down the line you will miss them. Just work an extra shift or something and buy both

What skis do you have now?

I like a one or two ski quiver but I'm indecisive with skis so I'll buy or sell a pair basically every year. Honestly I don't have the storage for a lot of skis, they take up a lot of room and I already have a whole family's quiver to take care of and store.

That’s because both are true. Don’t be like me and wind up almost 40 years old trying to chase down golden era park ski models that you used to own, because now you have the money and space to keep them but it’s 15 years later and you’re just chasing ghosts…

Surface Balances and Wets, I was thinking on selling the surfaces but the more I think I wanna keep them around cuz they are fun as shit

just re-read your post and you should for sure hang on to your touring skis. Maybe sell your wets to get the wides? Or find some short term gig so you can justify the $550 or whatever wides cost.

Yeaa I am gonna hopefully afford them this summer if they are in stock, I just got the wets this season and I wanna keep them

Get your money up and buy some wides, don't sell your skis. I was on the Wets for 2 years then swapped to the Wides and haven't looked back since.
Good for all conditions, not just park and side hits

if you enjoy your 120 you should keep them, try getting some extra shifts as mentioned up above and get those wides.
