I ski Loveland which is a $500 pass and gets you free days at other smaller/non corporate resorts across CO and the country. The park has been surprisingly good lately, although it’s all jibs and no jumps. They’ve got some hiking and cat skiing at the top.
A hot dog costs $5, a full meal typically costs $10 and ipa beers are around $6 draft. No paid parking. Can’t complain.

Preseason vibes are always fun at both places and Wild has great spring jump laps. In normal winter time, just pay attention to their instagrams and wait for a fun looking setup

When I think of bear tooth, I think of launching off that wind lip at the top and then sticking and sinking hard AF in the sun baked slush and having a yard sale lmao
Haven't been there but I’ve have some close calls landing in hot slush

When I went it was June and the iciest day I skied all that year. Didn't soften up til like 1:30 and they close at 3 I think?

Bush might be corp now but their park still competes for top spot on the east in my opinion. Place is fucking mental, i really wish I got to ski there pre big corp tho!

I think their park actually managed to keep its soul pretty well. What I really miss is cheaper tickets, smaller crowds and running into John Egan in all the secret stashes. Grew up skiing Sugarbush and its so weird to see it turn into basically the default VT Ikon pass resort
Cataloochee/Beech/Sugar if anybody is ever down south… which is unlikely… if you’re not from here… like why would anybody leave the north or west to ski… god being an eastsider sucks at times… times mostly being May to fkn October…
