dwt802Wait are you talking about the advanced skiing class from MSU? If so my friend addy taught the class and said how half the skiers were better than her (she grew up riding Mad River Glen and is damn good). My homie Campbell was in the class too who was on the junior freeride world tour and is fucked good.
IsaacNW82Now I'm curious, what other mountains just breed talent for whatever reason? Some places that come to mind personally:
Alyeska
Palisades Tahoe
Whistler
Mt Baker
Alta
Ruka
BigPurpleSkiSuitwait, Campbell who has a brother named Hank? Cause that Campbell is a super ripper.
GrandThingsThis is totally a thing. On the East Coast its Sugarloaf IMO.

BingPowwhat I’m getting is that no matter where you’re from you can absolutely fucking rip, it’s just based on how motivated you are
eheathidk if you grew up skiing trollhaugen, seven springs, etc you're probably not as good of a skier who grew up at a place like bridger, or baker, or mammoth etc. Its not a diss, its just the truth, but ive seen plenty of midwest/east coast skiers get out to the west and become insane skiers in a couple year, thats where the motivation comes in.
Bio_8So you know who ckidd is?
will.irwinit kinda depends what your doing though if your lapping midwest parks you can get 60-70 laps in a good night compared to a lot less when your forced to take a lift everytime somewhere bigger

dwt802Absolutely, only Mf I know of who actively rips freeride on Vishnu’s
eheathbigger =/= better most of the time, I'd say bridger has more technical lines that are harder and more rewarding to ski. I don't think anyone in here is trying to say one is better or worse, but groomers are not involved in this comparison IMO.
Coleg55I see bridger and still think it’s funny kids at MSU will choose to ride big sky.
Unless you’re super into park, if you get a big sky over bridger pass I just assume you can’t ski
amccahill93big sky has some gnarly shit that gets way overlooked. the A-Zs and headwaters have super insane terrain that is super comparable to bbowl. both are dope, both are gnarly as fuck, different vibes.
