Gear jacked while grooming for employee ride day

Pretty stoked. Had to doze the parks too which were firing. Nothing like getting roped into a shift and having your gear stolen while you're out there.

Hoping somebody moved it or "borrowed" it.

We already get fucked pretty hard, i dont need the extra on top....

Def kinda hurt after working a bunch of big shifts to rebuild the park. Idk not really the thing i needed in my life after a stressful season. If you steal people stuff you deserve some bad shit honestly.

Good people only steal from large corporations not each other :( You should take the cat and flatten the entire park as ransom until the goods have been returned.

How did your gear get jacked while you were working? Did you just leave it outside..? Or did an employee steal it from your locker room?

there’s no way you just left all your gear unattended and exposed for anyone to take… right?

Crystal has always felt like a safe place, but like someone said above, it’s changed. I always used to leave gear at a table/racks.

Update, board was returned to me.

Could have been moved inside and brought back out, could have been grabbed and returned. But i got it back.

To all the "yOu sHOulD hAve dOne sOmEtHinG" fuck off. You're probably the people that follow the police on facebook to talk shit. Nobody has time for you.

Before the douchers chime in. We did come up and search the base area for it. It was not here.

Also we don't have a locker room. I was roped into working a shift while riding. Keep your negative vibes. That's a you problem. Anyone who's had gear stolen gets it.

Some people are pretty shitty. Thankful it either got moved or returned. Huts to have or see people's gear get jacked.

That sucks dude sorry to hear that. Theft really grinds my gears. My last season at northstar I had my new poc helmet and canopy goggs got taken out of my employee locker about two weeks before the end of the season.. I feel your pain. Hoping it sorts itself out!

Not sure if common thieves cruise ski areas in your area, not heard of here..... but in reality, every community has their dregs, including yours

Yeah for sure. The worst vibes. Def weird to when the snow conditions are good and the base is the best it's been in spots.

Stoked to be going down to hood. And hopefully we build a good park up here next year.
