tdolloRossi Experience 82 Carbon could be a good shout, super forgiving and easy to ride. Stoked to hear your dad is getting back on the skis, some of my best days on the mountain were shared with my dad. Hope he finds a good ski!

jprene8Hey NS, my dad is getting back into skiing after about 30 years (he skied back in the 90’s a bit when he was in college) he’s about 5’10 230ish pounds, he is now definitely a beginner skier, he skis 90% groomed runs and the occasional soft snow we’ll get on the east coast in PA. Other than that he doesn’t have very good joint mobility in his ankles. Right now he’s riding a rental ski setup 2013 head rev pro 85 and demo bindings. He’s looking for a ski that is more nimble, on the lighter side, and most importantly has a more surfy feel so he can slash and skid his turns easier. Thanks for any advice new schoolers!
N15shredwell if your dads going to get in to park you should probably get like the line chronics or jet skis
Graham0596Honestly line sakana or blade sounds like a good option check em out
MaimHelpWhere in East pa you skiing? I used to ski that way a lot
HeadacheWould u say he likes to make the whole mountain his playground ?
jprene8The sego bighorn joke is appreciated, but unfortunately no he’s pretty much cruising on groomers only.
