Christian_BaleI have a feeling that the people of NS are not the target audience
BigPurpleSkiSuitWidest ski is only 110, I note that the website doesn't have any actual specs information as to weight or anything like that yet. Could be really good, you never know since I'm sure Bode Miller knows some stuff about skiing and building skis, but I'll believe it when I see it.
FruitBootProAlso didn't Bode already have a ski company called Crosson lol what happened to that
Real shit these skis look okay, nothing amazing but nothing terrible, but it's not what skiing needs
BradFiAusNzCoCaYeah and they’re all front siders, apparently. A 110 frontside ski? Wtf.
He was a rider for them and, I think, an investor. He also was associated with Bomber skis and maybe a few others. Basically he’ll plaster his name on anything for a few $$$. Crosson always was weird to me. Their platform just doesn’t make sense to me. Who they sponsor and what their skis are. Plus, I’ve never seen any in person. Always kinda felt like a money laundering operation to me lmao
I usually like small companies but Peaks is not exciting at all.
Abomber22..... like Gilson.

snowfinderThe vibe I got from Crosson is a few trust fund kids or just one kid wanted a ski company and got all the best machines to do so. But lacked marketing and creativity, remember reading a review for one of the skis and the end of the review was like this ski missed all the marks.
SessionThis pretty much encompasses most start up ski companies these days. Either a shit load of money and spend it all on machines but no knowledge of how to build a good ski, or just find a factory in China to build their soulless uninspired designs.
Then there is the subset of hiring an OEM to build a few pairs of a ski they used to make for another company and pretend you are a brand.
I am curious to see where these are being made. Are they in some shitter china factory, or some high quality euro joint.

BradFiAusNzCoCaI read it was a “limited access” factory in Montana. I get a feeling they’re going after Yellowstone and Big Sky clientele
Abomber22Technically companies can have everything made overseas, complete assembly here, and tag it Made in America
Abomber22Not sure why the diss.
Is it the graphics?
Is it Bode?
And what's with the cutout disc to reduce weight? How much could that reduce?
BradFiAusNzCoCaYes, auto manufacturers do that but might be more work than it’s worth to do that for skis
BrandoComandoIf you're gonna launch a ski brand in 2022, at least do something unique or interesting. These couldn't be more generic and bland if they tried.
Literally looks like they typed in "skis" on Alibaba and slapped a $900 price tag on them.

If you wanna hear him talk about these skis, he was on the latest Gear 30 podcast. He gives more info about them.
