faber-castellU of Wisconsin Madison and U of Minnesota twin cities are the bigger ones
RACERUMD or UWS or CSS (If that is affordable for you or makes sense) would be good choices. I mean there is Spirit Mtn and Giants Ridge is about 1-1.5 hrs away; Lutsen 2 hrs, Indianhead/Blackjack 2 hrs and there. But seriously, why not go out west and be where there is real skiing not right at your fingertips, but close? Get closer to some real skiing? (I can't comment on the quality of the parks because I'm a beginner as a park skier).
In Michigan, there's Michigan Tech, in Houghton, right near Mount Bohemia and there's University of Northern Michigan in Marquette which has a very solid ski area by midwest standards.
If I were you I'd be looking hard at University of Western Colorado in Gunnison (very close to Crested Butte and Monarch and probably within a couple hours of Silverton and Telluride. And the crowds are not out at these places like the I-70 resorts that are close to Denver.
Also how about University of Montana Bozeman? I had a few friends that went out there and you have Bigsky and Bridger at your fingertips.
note, I say all of this a) without knowing what you're looking to get out of school, and b) these are some places I really like to ski, if you're looking at just park stuff, idk it's possible that if that's all you're interested in Midwest places might meet your needs but the mountains are beatuiful and something special.
MaimHelpPennsylvania State University has fire skiing around it
switchlip2Day trip fire skiing
switchlip2What’s the closest college to Hyland, buck hill, and elm creek??

Jemsthere's two real universities I can think of, UMN and Augsburg. Both of them are in the heart of Minneapolis and both are within about 30ish minutes of hyland and elm. UMN is really difficult to get into, like 4.0 GPA and high 20s low 30s ACT difficult, Augsburg is easier to get into but costs a shit ton of money. If you really want to come to Minnesota just to ski thats cool, but you might get sick of it. UMD or Duluth is MUCH easier to get into than UMN and is virtually next to spirit mtn which id consider the best park in Minnesota, its also really close to a bunch of other small and dirt cheap hills with ropes and adequate parks. Just remember its not all about skiing!
WoFlowzUW Madison is like 20 minutes from Tyrol, has a good ski club, and has a rail jam on campus every year. Also hard to find a uni with a cooler campus/city than UW mad town
Timbymarquette, best academics in state and like a 30 minute drive to switz, which has one of if not the best park in wisconsin tbh.
LokenLapsThe Rock has a better park and it might be closer but they are probably about the same distance
Timbydoes the rock have a tow rope? only seen pictures of the park. i like switz for that exact reason.
