Honey badger, tw pro, or chronic

i’m looking to start riding more park and i’m seeing discounts on all three of these, wondering which ones to get. ideally i’d be jibbing maybe 30% and hitting jumps 70%. i want something soft enough to butter but not so soft that it can’t hold its edge or pop a quick ollie. i don’t even know if that makes sense but yeah. appreciate any feedback

Honey Badger is probably the best option you listed, however it is not very durable. I would recommend other skis like Vishnu Wet, 1000 skis, Line blend (depending on your size), Allplay, Bdog, edollo.

Blends, wets and B dogs all don't ski jumps well though. The butter well though and are fun.

DO NOT GET THE BADGERS, they literally lasted 2 months and no warranty. Honestly just stay away from line

I told my friend not to get blends and he did anyway and they lasted 4 days then the back snapped off.

Also no honey badgers unless you find some old ones

I've got wets and they are just fine for 50fters and below.

The bdogs are great for Midwest jumps but they are a little to ftiff for easy butters they also have a lot of pop for a softer ski

There are several smaller kids like middle school age that have twp at my home mountain and those are the only ones on this list that I haven't riden but from my observation they are the most durable of the line skis and the kids all love them.

Edollos I hated allplays I liked but were noodles with no pop so probably not what your looking for. 1000s. Are awesome but 800$

H ave chronic and i think they're pretty close to what you're after. tws aren't super buttery and yeah what everyone says about line durability is true especially the blends

Did you even read the thread? He wants a ski for 30/70 rails/jumps. None of those besides the dollos are good jump skis.

You’re cool too I just don’t think you’re being fair to line, their park skis are def bad durability but their all mountain stuff is still good for their purpose

B dogs are a ton of fun but that doesn't make them a good jump ski. Henrik skied them to support Phil Casaban. He also just finds them fun I think. You can ski big jumps on them, but other skis hit jumps better. This is because of the flex of the b dog. It is pretty soft, so if you land backseat it is easy to wheelie out, where a stiff ski has a better chance of skiing away. Also soft skies tend to be unstable at high speed compared to a stiffer ski.

I saw a kid at granite peak ripping jumps on a pair of b dogs.

Op chronics seem like a good choice, they ski jumps very well and are softer then t walls

preciate it. I ended up getting arv 96's cause there was a deal for like $350 and they'll probably rip groomers better than any of the ones I mentioned while still letting me ride park on them, but I'll keep chronics in mind for the future.
