Looks like they are going to stay open thru May-first of June, anyone skied there in late spring? anything to ski beside park? I'm not ready to stop skiing just yet.

the ski area is on a glacier, could be very icy in may. I dont think skiing will be nicr unless you are a racer and need to practice. The park will be awesome however.

usually they only maintain the park till mid may, when the tyrol card expires. but yeah it's fun, and normally not icy but suuper slushy. Hintertux and Kaunertal are good options aswell

not sure about Zermatt, Saas Fee and Hintertux. They are all supposedly year-round resorts, but could have some breaks for lifts maintenance etc. Also no idea when they setup their summer parks. And I have never been to any of them. The Swiss ones are expensive and Hintertux's park seems too pro for my skills haha
I do follow Stubai Zoo and was there in November. They run their park from late October to Christmas , then again from late march until end of may usually (or even into June depending on conditions). The ski area itself is usually open from late September till end of June. The ski area is mostly glaciers and in November when I was there was great in the first days (recent snowfall) and super icy on the last day. The park though is on a south facing side at 3000+ meters, which I believe is not a glacier area. It was never icy, always sunny and soft. Park is not huge, but is nice. Lots of pro skiers go there for training.
If you go - stay at Happy Stubai, great little hotel with nice food.
Other summer options in Europe would be (never been to any of them):
- Norway's Fona park is quite famous, ski area only works in the summer
- Passo Stelvio in Italy has a small line , this ski area also only works in the summer
- Banger park in Austria is a summer dry slope park with airbags
