ate shit trying 2 onto the down rail at palisades and hit my leg hard enough too burst an artery but not hard enough to break anything luckily. I have a bandage on it to stop swelling so when I take it off tonight I’ll update with pics.

Massage that shit once it doesn't hurt so much. Otherwise it will harden up like a rock and stay there for a while. I used to get huge hematomas on my love handles from getting hit with lacrosse sticks and the worst was there for almost 2 months. Walking might do it for ya tho

Your leg looks like my hip did earlier this season after hitting a rock. That's gotta be painful
