Replying to Mountain Updates help

I do the weather updates on our resort website now that I have been put on desk duty from park crew after blowing up my knee. I have been struggling to come up with new ways to describe the weather that aren't just the same as the day before and bland, so if any of you folk have nifty ways/terms for describing slushy spring days (or weather in general) that'd be sick as I have another month or so of trying to be "original". The cheesier the better
