druppin_jibsProbs forest is a better idea. A portable steup you can feel comfortable on probably would be super heavy or not feasible. Maybe you can make a wood structure in the forest?
snowpigAnyone has any idea where to buy that artificial slope surfaces in Europe? I also want to build some small summer jib setup with a PVC pipe and a box, but I am failing to find any sites selling this stuff

i have three of these and bring them to which ever skating rink has the most snow.

you can adjust the height and make kinks. i usually use some ratchet straps to anchor them together butt to butt
