This upcoming season I’m looking to either get 3ps or vishnus as my park skis. I ski 90% park and 10% groomers. Looking for a durable ski like on3p but I feel like vishnus would ride better. Also I don’t really need the stiffness in a ski so I was thinking about getting Vishnu wets. Suggestions?
Have Kartel 98’s i ride in park a lot and I do really enjoy them. Super durable. Just a little heavier and stiff than I’d want. Personally if I didn’t have park skis I’d be getting wets for something softer and jibbyer
i got wets and on3p mangos, wets are a good ski for park alone but suck on jumps (compared to 3ps) but they are cheaper. durability wise, both top sheets imo are the same, wets bases and sides do get fucked but i haven’t really taken care of them this season, unlike my on3ps. take that with a grain of salt
How big is the resort you ski at?
The Vs will be fun for small resort jibbin and playing, The ON3Ps like bigger places, going fast, charging hard and handle chunky variable snow better.
Vishnus are extremely durable in my experience. The metal tip and tail protector makes a big difference. Also look at the keys or plus. Keys are a bit better all mountain ski than wets because of the flex and width. On3ps are great also. You can't go wrong with either.
