How to keep sagging bib from falling down over shoulders

I ride my bib looser and sorta sag it, but naturally it falls off my shoulders when I do that and ski. Doesn't cause a huge problem while riding but the crotch can get low to a corny degree. Does anyone do anything specific to secure your bib to your shoulders no matter how much you let out the straps?
