Replying to Elevate Outdoor Collective

In my recent search for next year's gear, I found out that K2 Sports and MDV had formed "elevate outdoor collective" (former k2-MDV).

Does this mean anything cool gear-wise? like influence between the brands under that umbrella.

Will there be Line and K2 branded bindings?

For those of you who don't know k2 sports has Line, k2, bca, and more under their umbrella, while MDV of course is marker, dalbello and völkl.
