Backflip advice

well boys i got some unfortunate news
after literally only focusing on big cliffs and massive lines my short term memory loss having ass forgot how to backie
well shit i know how but after seeing my boy get fucking bodied off the wave yesterday i lost all confidence and now i can't seem to commit to it
pisses me off cuz i see toddlers fucking soaring off 50 foot cliffs while throwing the smoothest backflips i've ever seen and my ass can't even backie into a perfect pow landing
y'all got some advice on not being a pussy?

exactly this, hump the sky as you pop, look straight back for the takeoff and then landing.

First one in a while is scary, just don't panic and throw it too hard.

Do it on a real jump. Like something decent size not some piece of trash in your backyard that is 2 feet tall. Focus on the pop. Its all about the pop. When you get on the lip wait. Don't throw super hard, just pop. Come around and spot the landing and ski away. Just come into the jump and believe that you have done millions of backflips and this is easy for you and just do it.
