Any tips for shifty 3's and 1's it seems just like a delay in getting your hips flipped around but I feel like they dont look clean or if I'm doing them correct.
You have to break tricks down.
So usually I go 180 shifty 180. At first the tricks will look robotic but the more repetition the more smooth they'll become. Doing this makes 900s feel less like a crazy trick and more tangible, let's say you want to get a Japan 9. First I would start by doing switch 7s then some 540 Japan's. Then finally put it together either go 360 grab Japan 540. Or for a more flowy version 180 Japan 540 ungrateful 180
I want to add the hardest part of this is doing the 180 then shifty and keeping your shoulder momentum without flopping like a fish. You probably want to tug into that first 180 alot harder then you normally would. At first when I was learning these ide end up going 540 with a really shitty shifty
