JacobthesadskierHey, I've been having something of a problem recently, a few days ago I was feeling really confident in the park, I was working on my 360s, box slides and switch skiing, and making good progress. The next day I went back, and only attempted a 180 off a tiny jump, which I messed up, everything else which I was fine with the day before I chickened out of. I'm getting really frustrated by this point because this keeps happening to me over and over again where my confidence is great one day, and I'm too scared and depressed to do anything decent the next day. Has anybody else had this, and if so, are there any solutions? Thanks.
nmwninjartIts likely your body and mind are still tired from the previous day. I've experienced this pattern too. Make sure to get good rest, hydrate, and eat well on the nights in between consecutive ski days. If you drink anything caffeinated try cutting back and see if that helps.
