Best poles that can go down to like 36 or 38 inches?

Not sure how long you’d want them, and the grips aren’t my favorite, but the g3 via go 38-50

Those seem pretty nice, u think I could take off the grips on em and throw on my own?

Not sure, you def could get the longer size, cut them down and stick new ones on

Yuh, G3 grips are top tier. Used them to replace the bmx grips on my gf's bamboo poles.

Comes off easily with hairdryer and you can just use gorilla glue to put it back on.
