switchlip2Wides are light for how wide they are
QuaggyI've got a pair of 183 Wets and 189 Wides, the Wides feel lighter...? Super weird.
OP you won't be disappointed with the Wides, I haven't brought out my Wets aside from hiking pre-season parks in 3 years because the wide preforms so well all across the entire mountain, especially in the park.
DandieGotWetsGot wets rn and looking to add wides to my arsenal once presale hits. Would you recommend? Any downsides?

ben.j3do you have the same binding on both skis? that might explain the weight difference
QuaggyNah, only downside is that they'll replace your Wets as your favorite ski and you'll probably only ride the Wets once or twice a season.
They're phenomenal.

ToonaWhat makes the wides so much more fun than the wets?
sexyjulianWhen does vishnu drop the presale??
ben.j3I’m coming from 183 Wets and going to be riding bigger mountains in college. thinking about getting Wides but don’t wanna sacrifice the maneuverability of the low-weight skinny wets that i like so much on rails. does anybody take their wides through the park and can gimme a legit review?
Matthewbyrne1Once I rode the wides I could never go back to the wets for any circumstance besides maybe a street spot but that is simply because my wets are old and fucked up. I think rails are just as if not easier than on wets, makes 50/50s a lot easier and I’ve had zero issues with swaps and stuff like that, this was a concern of mine before getting them. They handle anything you throw at them, been skiing about 60% park and they handle much much better on jumps and are much better for surfing around in the slush, I also like the flex point better(I ride the wide plus 183, 6 foot 145 lbs) they also are a blast on all mountain, I’ve done ab 40% of my skiing off piste and they are a blast, can still handle higher speeds and cliffs and whatever you want pretty much. Keys are also sick just not my preferred ski, they don’t really feel like the soul of the Vishnu I have come to love but their still great, just not quite as good for my style of skiing.
mobadisWhat does the soul of the key (Vishnu free ski) feel like
