BradFiAusNzCoCaHe used to get them added to the bases so he’d get paid during replays during x games. If I remember correctly, you used to get paid by the sponsor for amount of time you showed your sponsor logo during events like X Games. So you would see guys swap out skis at the end of their run for a ski with all of their sponsors to show the camera.
RaejniesWow, thanks for giving insight on how it has back in the day. I wonder if those skis would be alowed in the olympics. Felt weird with all the blanc helmets.
Edit: Swedish auto correct

BradFiAusNzCoCaI don’t know, to be honest. The Olympics did ban Julia Marino from using her Prada snowboard because it “wasn’t a snowboard brand”

SofaKingSicki never cared enough to check on the details of that but i feel like i'm missing something there. even if i accept that the olympics suddenly sprang it on her and said she had to get rid of the logo at the 11th hour, why sharpie? they couldn't do something more professional than that? it's the olympics...
