The whole covid conspiracy stuff was/is already very very boarderline but now with this post (he deleted it 2h later) it is definitely too much. Ahmet single handedly made volkl become accepted in freeski community and produced some of the best street segments we will ever see. he backed up pretty much all his points. censorship sucks, vaccine's haven't been as effective as we expected, covid can be treated with medicine, lockdown's damage businesses and infringe on freedoms. This isn't really that controversial, just tough to swallow for everyone on the other end of the stick.
you have to look at Volkl's point of view, they don't want to upset parties on the left or right, they want to stand neutral to sell products to a larger audience = both sides of the spectrum. its not that ahmet did anything bad, it's that Volkl just wasn't willing to take the heat.... and you see that in ahmet's explanation, he said volkl has been great to him, but he just wasn't willing to compromise.

Hospitals got paid substantial amounts of money for any patient being put on ventilators, that is a fact. I didn’t respond to you, not because you had me stumped, it was because you are a guy who thinks he knows all in a world where we only know a sliver of our actual reality. Hard to waste time and energy on a person who comes at what should be a dialogue, and turn it into a fight without any respect whatsoever for another’s viewpoint. You became a waste of my time, therefore I stopped responding. I can hardly believe I’m spending my time now to respond to you on here, but I’d rather not have you posting here as if you caught me slipping. Hope you find the time to read the nine pages of side effects in Pfizer’s released documents that they were trying to have hidden for 75 years.

Innocent people are being slaughtered by the Russians in Ukraine to further Russia's agenda. Families are losing mothers, fathers, daughters, and sons to COVID. Families have been irreparably harmed and much of that could have been reduced. There's been nearly 1 million dead in just the US. It's great that you want to think outside the box and outside of the mainstream but don't just blindly accept contrary or dissenting points of view simply because they are the opposite of the "mainstream" narrative. Critical thinking requires you to take in all sources of information and evaluate them based on objective measures. I want to believe your heart's in the right place.
