Anyone else chip their top sheets and scratch their edges from landing with skis too close, practically on top of one another (but still parallel)?
It’s not a quality issue, it’s just the edges digging into the top sheet or into the other ski’s edges.
I guess it’s been a bad habit that I picked up trying to ski with skis practically touching at all times on takeoff and landing.
My real question is should this be concerning since I might be destroying my skis or is topsheet chipping not a big deal for the overall durability of the skis.
And no I’m not hitting rails, only jumps.
