3 ropetows/tbar no lifts, owned by park crew, 30 to 40 dollar day pass and reasonable season pass, overnight parking, shit ton of features, etc. Sort of like the windells set up but in the winter and affordable. I feel like it would be really sick idea but perhaps not great for profits
