qazwsxedc34Interesting that earlier this year, President Xi Jinping of China and former actor turned president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, discussed strengthening infrastructure, relationships and connectivity and signed off an agreement to do so with China. Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine could become a “bridge to Europe” for Chinese investment. If so, why wouldn't Russia do the same, seeing such a deal is mutually beneficial for both nations, China and Russia, as well as Ukraine. Certainly this agreement counters the aspirations of NATO.
So then why would Putin think Ukraine would join NATO? Even though they were denied that option and focused their foreign investments to the East (see Zelenskyy's speech at SCHWAB's WEF, of whom Putin is a member).
If you're all for a silk road (BRIC) alliance with China, Zelenskyy, which for Ukraine, whether independent of NATO or RUSSIA, makes geographical sense, why would you situate yourself in Kiev and why would Putin attack you? Either Putin has neurosyphilis or he attacked for a different reason. The media's point is that Putin did it to create a buffer zone between NATO allied countries but Ukraine probably was never going to join NATO anyway. So why the blitzkrieg?
Why is Putin proclaiming he is going after drug addicts and "nazis" when Zelenskyy is a Zionist and on good terms with Bennet and Netanyahu just like Putin is? Maybe Putin isn't going after Zelenskyy but actual Ukrainian nationalists who are anti-NATO and anti-RUSSIA. Israel invests heavily into China. They have stolen and sold US military tech to China and have signed off on the planned modern silk road alliance.
Putin had traveled to Israel with multi-billionaire Russian-Jewish oligarch Rotenberg and grew up with a Talmudic couple who taught him Talmud. Seeing that Israel is a talmudic theocracy (chartered as such), seeing that Putin, Zelenskyy, Netanyahu, Bennett and China are on good terms, maybe there's something more in this fight than what meets the eye. Clearly there's a desire to link Eurasia with Europe and more and more countries are signing up for this new order.
Putin is doing this for a multitude of reasons, including that he has this romantic idea of Ukraine and Russia being sorta, one people. You can also say it's to control as much land as far west as possible on the northern European plain, so they can narrow the defense lines between them and the EU...
But when they found out that Ukraine had natural gas... 5.4 TRILLION cubic meters of the stuff... they could NOT have that. They were NOT about to let another country, even closer to their main customer base in Europe, that they could not fully control, become a competitor for them for Natgas... They were not going to allow for another European petrostate...
Before 2014, they had a leader who was Russia aligned, but after Euromaidan, Putin realized that Ukraine was not something he had full control over, and he was not going to allow them to not only join the EU, but certainly not NATO, and absolutely would not allow them to control the wealth in the Soil there...
Taking Crimea, taking the Donbas, this took away any potential for Ukraine to go after its oil and gas, and Dutch Shell rescinded its offer to try to extract it - putting a big dent in Ukraine's attempts at being able to control its own oil supply. After taking these regions, they took control of 4.4 trillion of Ukraine's natgas reserves... It also allows Russia to fully control their naval bases in Sevastopol and expand it's black sea presence.
But then, Ukraine cut off Crimea's water supply, which came from a Canal diverted from the Dnipro river, built during soviet times. Crimea is naturally dry and arid, and along with massive climate change issues, this has made it very expensive for Russia to try and get water to the population there. Its made life VERY hard for the people there, and theyre not happy about the situation... It seems to me like a big push to the Dnieper to reestablish a water source for Crimea is a major reason for this invasion...
Follow the money, and you'll see that this really comes down to resources beyond anything.
