I cant spin

I can 180 from most jumps at my local but i have this problem when i try 3's that i can't for the life of me spin more than 270 degrees like i just stop spinning mid air.

first off, if you got a clip that would help us a lot to giive you tips.
an easy tip would be keep your head in the rotation, will help the body get more with the spin of the 360. so when you spin, start right ahead to look for the landing

OP, I was in the same situation until I realized 180s are the coolest trick you can lay down on the mountain.

If you can post a video that would help diagnose, but sounds like you're not looking over your shoulder and spotting your landing?

It could also be a lack of power from a weak set - is the power for your rotation coming from your core or are you just swinging your arms around?

Try practicing by doing a bunch of 360's on flat ground with no skis on, focussing on those things. You got this!

Gotta keep your head level and be looking to the side through the spin the whole time.

Then when you get back to forwards spot the landing. The head leading the motion is the crucial part
