Revelstoke or sunshine mid march?

Thinking about taking a trip on spring break. A buddy and I were thinking of going to revy for a week, but are concerned about how the conditions will be around that time of the season. We thought sunshine might be a better option??? If you got any experience skiing the terrain at either revelstoke or sunshine around this time of year let me know.

Idk about conditions but they're such different mountains that I'd say check the weather and if its sunny hit some chill park laps at Sunshine. If you prefer skiing big terrain Revy is always super fun and they still got a decent park in case it hasn't snowed in a while.

Overall I'd say go to Revy

Conditions are always hit and miss at sunshine. Could be spring vibes but could also be a cold snap with no snow. I'm doing a Revy trip mid March just to switch it up a bit. Revy has 875cm so far this year and sunshine has 640

march is usually the best time to go to interior BC/banff. not spring vibes at all. some of the deepest days of my life were in march.

revelstoke is awesome for in and around the trees skiing, best to go there if there is a low cloud cap.

sunshine mostly faces west so you dont really have freeze thaw there usually until mid/late april. they have super accesible slack country. if you want to do lift access hikes, i would choose sunshine.

dont sleep on lake louise. if youre into steeps in the alpine, lake is easily the best in bounds experience out of all of those. they just opened up a new lift to access the bowls. west bowl is now inbounds and lapping the back bowls is quicker and easier than ever before. go up top of the world, then summit chair, go down to paradise chair, then back up summit. takes a good skier 20 min up and down.

Y'all hating! Blue Mountain Ski resort is the greatest ski destination that has ever been built. Owned by Alterra Mountain Company, Blue Mountain has been in the skiing business for over 80 Years! They've got over 365 acres of terrain with 7 gladed runs! Feeling like doing a lip blind 2 and then peeing in her butt? Head over to one of our 3!!! terrain parks. With over 390+cm of snow fall a year you're basically skiing pow everyday. In fact, in 1954 someone actually died at Blue mountain due to an avalanche!

One of my friends did die there. Riding in the trees at night alone. Patrol didn’t find him for almost a week.

the trees are really tight, but you can find some good snow somewhere if you’re brave enough. Some bike trails are fun, lots of ladder bridges to jump from.

Fuck Sunshine dude. They are becoming the vail of Canada. 160 bucks + tax per day for a lift ticket on a shit snow year. Sunshine and Banff in general is so hit and miss for conditions. Go to revy they have wayyyy better snow.

Revy will be sick. The top of the mountain is so high, theres a good chance it will be mid winter conditions still. if it's spring conditions you will still have a blast. If you want to ski park go to Sunshine though.
