Replying to Getting out of a slump, weight distribution issues
I am having some troubles as I am in a slump with my park skiing. I made some remarkable progress this season, notably it is my first year park skiing. I can ski most straight rails comfortably and am working on spins off. Anyways the past couple times I've hit the park I cannot distribute my weight correctly for the life of me. I am slipping out constantly even on the easy flat rails and cannot figure out how to put more weight on my front ski, even though I know I'm supposed to. Are there any drills that I can do to relearn this technique? Thanks.
