My dad won't get me new skis after breaking them, who's in the wrong?
my daddy bought me new line skis and I really like them because they look cool but I chipped them on the back and he REFUSES to buy me new ones. he says it's my fault because I'm the one that hit them. but I don't have that much money. he tried to fix them and they look okay now but I still want new skis. is anyone else's daddy this annoying???
how chipped? Pics? if its a top sheet chip, thats just part of the game and nothing to be worried about. You shouldn't need new skis.Unless they are fully delaminated(which you can still fix up pretty good) tough it out on what you got. its impossible to have a pair of park skis and keep them pristine, chips just show that ur gettin after it and having fun using your skis for what they are meant for
Ur dad is kinda in the right, and its really fuckin clutch that he tried to fix them for you. dont take what ur parents get you for granted cuz thats gonna run out sometime and ur gonna have to buy new skis all on ur own. your dad shouldn't have to buy you new skis with every scratch and chip, skis are expensive af and if I was him I wouldnt wanna buy another new pair either.

That ain’t nothin my man, skis those mfs to their grave. all skis will start to chip there and there will be many more to come at tip and tail, all normal and all part of just owning skis. Have fun with them brother

i think that you are pretty lucky. My parents wont even get me any skis beacuse they say that it costs thusends of dollars. i get to rent skis sometimes but those skis are alwayes like your skis or worse
