no its not about climate change do you even know whats going on with china?? They're committing a cultural genocide against uyghurs, selling their organs, doing mass rape and sexual torture, forced labor, slavery, torture, forced sterilisation, co sleeping with other men when your an uyghur women and many more. No one currently give two fucks about climate change and it has nothing to do with this situation.
