buttterballs420Have had brand new marker squire 11s for less than a season (i was also out for a month with a wrist injury) yet these bindings have managed to break THREE TIMES. If I land switch Ill pop out almost every time. Anytime you land on the break your bindings will explode and you will see pieces of plastic all over the mountain. Why did I not buy pivots? why did I have to be such a cheap bastard this must be karma.

bsurfSquires are trash, everyone around here knows it and now you know it too. I'm sad you had to find it out this way.
It's not your fault, it's just how the binding is.
northfacehatgirlI have some unused that were like $160 do you thinks it’s worth it to sell them and get look pivots or something nice. for park? ims cared they’re gonna be trash
ajbskieileen gu won gold on squires.

bsurfIt really depends, Squire is a decent binding for beginners. Selling them won't probably get you enough money for Pivots but there's other good bindings too that are cheaper like Attacks
northfacehatgirlYeah pivys expensive fr fr i’ll put in some extra though I got some parks skis like 90 ish underfoot do you think the forzas 14’s will be good in your professional opinion
VailValleySkierIt's all fun and games until you have to replace your brakes on a Pivot or Attack.
mystery3Attacks? Two screws and $40 too much to handle?
VailValleySkierThe two screws that secure the brake go into the ski, so to replace a brake on either binding properly, you'd have to remount the ski. You could of course not care about doing it properly, but then the heel piece would most likely be compromised unless you heli-coiled the holes.
mystery3You basically can only do it once before worrying about the integrity of the holes but what brakes are easier to swap?

VailValleySkierSquire, Griffon, Jester, Warden, STH2 and SPX don't have brake screws that go into the ski and that's just a few I can think of atm.
Not saying any particular brand is better than another, just something to consider when deciding on a binding.
