OhJayI've heard of people drilling a hole a cm or two from the end end of the crack to prevent the it from spreading further, but they were usually in a different part of the shell, like on the lower clog by the instep. Seeing as how yours is on the cuff, I wouldn't bother drilling any holes and just stop skiing in them altogether...
OhJaySki shops are probably starting their late/end of season sale in a few weeks, so there's that. If you wait until the start of next season, you're probably looking at paying full price. Kind of a shitty timing for this to happen :/
