Liner question

This is probably a question that gets asked alot but I just got new boots and had them molded in the shop when I got them. Will boot dryers ruin the heat mold of a boot? Not sure if the dryer temp is high enough for the liners to get softened up again. I use to always take my liners out of my full tilts and put them on the dryer but I'd never had those molded and never really thought about damaging the liner. The new hawx liners that I have are pretty much a perfect fit and I dont want to mess them up. Anyone have any info on dryers?

No boot dryers don’t get hot enough to effect them.

The foam starts to expand at 50 degrees celius.

Normally air dryers don't negatively affect the fit. Air dryers should have a room-temp setting and that's what you should use. You can also just remove your liners from the shells and air dry them over night. Depends on how much time you have.

I've just got some cheap boot dryer. No temp settings, just plug it in and it heats up a bit. Might just air dry them for now and get a nicer dryer to be safe

It's good to take your liners out to fully dry them if possible. Dryers often don't remove the moisture between the liner and the shell which can make them smell awful. The kind of heater you stick in your liner probably won't remold them but I have a gas heater for my apartment that is totally capable of recooking liners if they're too close.
