Replying to Best Ski Repair You Have Seen/Done

Alrighty boys and girls.

Recently one of the "arms" on my pivot heel-piece stripped out and I now have 0 forward pressure. As a result I may be acquiring some very, very beat-to-shit Magnus 90's for like $50. They're my friend's and he had some older FKSes on there so I am swapping one of his heel pieces for my broken one. Then my other buddy is giving me an old pivot heel piece and I am planning to try and fix up the Magnus 90s and remount so I have a second pair of beater skis.

That being said, what's the best ski repair you have seen/done? Let's see em.
