East Coast Appreciation Thread

I’ve been wanting to get a pulse on all the skiing legends that came from the east. I wanted to see if I could get an archive of all the legendary riders and crews that came outta the east because I know for a fact I am probably missing some people.

So shout out the east coast homies that made it big. If you’re from the east and were inspired by some local legend shout them out and lemme know why. I got a few myself, like STEPT, Lupe, Zahner, Sheldon Donatelli, Keegan, Boo Strachan, Dejon Brothers, B Bauer, most of the CL boys, and plenty more.


Drop some vids if it’s someone less known, or surprise me and show me people I didn’t even know came from the east. Just trying to tap in to the expansive history of the East Coast park scene.

Dale had a bunch of edits at east coast locations so I feel like he was definitely from around the area but I could be wrong

LJ Strenio , Kellan Baker , Broccoli Bobby , Sam Zahner , Keegan Kilbride all amongst the heaviest hitters to come out of the East absolutely oozing style. Shoutout Aaron Husak for being one of the most dank filmers too!

just about all of the HG skis crew, andy hobliltzelle, chris bechold, zach masi, jacob belanger, rory walsh, Tweakski (aka kevin merchant), zach ryan, list goes on forever. Also feel obligated to mention back in the day Jon Brogan came out of the east too shortly after Wallisch.

Wasn’t HG skis as a whole incredibly “East Coast”. I know all their riders were from the east but wasn’t the brand also headquartered somewhere in the east too?
